What are the possibilities of this case??? As far as them getting charged.?

There are too many variables to consider. Drug charges and punishments vary by state and/or county. A person who has never been arrested before may be given leniency, while a person with priors may be sentenced to the maximum punishment. It also depends on the caprice of the judge, who may be the type to "make examples of"' people who come to court.
