Does having your teeth out hurt?

That depends. When I had my wisdom teeth pulled up they gave me some medication and I didn't feel or remember a thing. But if you are just getting your gum numbed you may feel more pressure then pain from getting the tooth pull. I am assuming these are baby teeth...those hurt less then a permanent because the roots are shorter and not too deep.
