How do you get the contact out of your eye if it's folded?

Ok the contact folded in my eye and I thought it fel out in the shower...after the showerbi looked in my eye and can't see it so nowbi wake up this mornin and realiE it is folded on my eye but like rolled back up so I can't get it out…it is not on a visible part of my eye andbi can't feel it with my eye lid how do I get it out?!
