36 wk and 5 days preg. i feel like im on my period?

I fel like I am on my period. I feel al aches and pains as if i have started a period the only way I can think to describe the feeling. Its all across my hip bones.. I just don't know if these are normal or what I hate to go to hospital bc its 45 minutes to get there for a false alarm :/
