Brothers GF is jahovahs witness and pregnant...Baby Shower?

my brothers girlfriend is jahovahs witness and is pregnant... She obviously (pregnant out of wedlock) has not followed her religious beliefs to the fullest extent.. i know she still does not allow her children to believe in santa or the easter bunny... but she does come to holiday get togethers (i think more to make my brother fel comfortable) she is pregnant and my brother asked me to throw her a shower (i offered a while back) ....... it will be surprise shower..is this going against JW rules??? Eventhough she will not reject the shower... if she was a strong follower of the religion would this be considered against the religion to have a shower??? especially if the baby is born out of wedlock?
