I dont like myself and dont care Help. please?

You may be religious but it sounds like you are missing the relationship with God which is what you truly need. Sometimes we replace relationship with religion. Get back your relationship with God because even on the days when you don't care about yourself know that he cares and loves you so much. He sent his own son to give of his life so that you would have life not so that you could take it by your own hand. Don't allow yourself to be discouraged and saddened by the cares of life and don't let guilt reign over your life either. God loves you and believes in you and cares for you more than you could ever car for anyone else. Carry that knowledge with you and don't let the discouragements life brings you take that away because you have a special call on your life my friend. God bless you!!
