Potato soup with whole milk? ( need to use alot of milt before it spoils)?

i want to make soup out of these ingridients: 8-9 small potatoes, almost a whole gallon of milk(official sell date is today the 15th) cheddar cheese, small chunk of velveta cheese that "must go!" bacon, onion chives butter...i fel like i have enought to make soup but i dont have much experience with soups...how can i make some loaded potato soupwith all this? ?
