My 8th grade year wasn't the best. How can I make my 9th grade year awesome?

go into the new year with a fresh attitude and make an effort to introduce yourself and just be overall friendly! you don't have to be overly popular in school but it is nice to know lots of people. introduce yourself in your class to everyone. whenever you meet someone new talk to them, get to know them, engage them! joining clubs also helps you meet new people. really the key is to just put yourself out there more and dont be afraid of rejection. not everyone is going to like you and thats okay!
