Atheists don't you think that spontaneous generation is closer to your beliefs than evolution?

Well, you see spontaneous generation is this thing called "stupid." It's based in ignorance and either a denial of or refusal to seek ignorance, not to mention fundamentally untrue. So it's more a religious thing.
