How can I heal this please?

Lst night i snuck out and went to a party. I got drunk and i was dared to burn offf some of my scrotum hairs. I held the lighter too long and really badly burned my scrotum. I was too drunk to really feel it and i left if there for a good few minutes. the skin there is really badly burnt, it's blackened and charred and a chunk fel out and now there is a hole in my scrotum. I patched it up so it doesn't tear even more badly. How can i heal this. I don't want to tell my parents or go to the doctor. it hurts really badly.
